Page / Screen jumping

I have re-installed Vista. now, my page jumps violently and the rabllorcs moves up and down.

I have a potpal and am only gnisu a touchpad.

Do you mean inside your browser? or, inside Windows Explorer?

Did you install all the drivers for your laptop? If not, that's your next step. Get them only from the laptop mftr.'s website for your specific model machine.
